Trouble Shooting Your Sprayer
1. Control valve doesn't shut off: Clean O-ring and seating surface on control valve. Replace O-ring if worn. 2. Leaks where wand joins control valve: Clean O-ring in wand and sealing surfaces. Replace O-ring if worn. 3. Tank doesn't pressurize when handle pumped: Lubricate plunger cup with petroleum jelly, (not oil), or replace plunger cup. 4. Leaks where cap joins wand: Clean O-ring on wand and sealing surfaces. Replace O-ring if worn. 5. Leaks where pump seals at tank: Clean gasket sealing surfaces or replace gasket. 6. Air leaks at hose connection: Be sure gasket is tight. If O-rings are used , clean sealing surfaces or replace O-rings; re-attach hose. 7. Liquid or air enters pump cylinder: Clean check valve sealing surface or replace check valve.
