A World Leader In Sprayers Since 1905

For over 70 years, the Hudson X-Pert sprayer has been at the forefront of global efforts to control the spread of vector-borne diseases, actively advocating for community health and saving lives worldwide. Our company has consistently upheld a global reputation for quality and service. During World War II, we played a pivotal role, producing a significant quantity of sprayers and dusters for the US Armed Forces, used in the prevention and control of insect-borne diseases among displaced populations and in post-emergency and disaster scenarios.

Our dedication to public health initiatives has led to numerous advances in sprayer features and technology, resulting in the holding of several patents. The Hudson X-Pert sprayer is not just a sprayer; it's a critical tool engineered to meet the precise and standardized application procedures required for malaria control. This sprayer has been rigorously tested and proven to meet field operational requirements for manually operated compression sprayers used in global and national disease vector control programs.

Our X-Pert sprayer is built to perform under the most demanding conditions, providing maximum use life and reliability. It has gained a reputation for trouble-free performance and features interchangeable critical service parts, ensuring uninterrupted vector control programs. This translates to optimal cost-effectiveness with minimal downtime and reduced maintenance costs.

With a choice of four models, all constructed from high-quality chromium-nickel stainless steel, our sprayers are designed to meet the needs of disease control programs. They feature unique components specifically designed for public health initiatives, including a thrustless shut-off, pressure release, pressure gauge, brass extension, extension holder, CF valve, footrest, chromium-nickel stainless steel tank, carrying strap, optional shut-off cock, high-quality brass pump, Kem Oil hose, and a large fill opening with a filler filter.

Our commitment to quality is further reinforced by our certification from the International Pesticide Application Research Centre (IPARC), Harper Adams University, Newport, Shropshire, UK. Our equipment fully complies with the requirements of the Equipment for Vector Control Specification Guidelines, as set forth by the World Health Organization. The Hudson X-Pert sprayer is the only sprayer to meet the more demanding original WHO Specification number WHO/VBC/89.970.

We continue to lead the way in disease vector control, upholding a tradition of excellence that spans generations.
