Limited Warranty Coverage

H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Co. (“Supplier”) provides limited warranty coverage for products sold for use by retail (non-commercial) customers, as described in this Limited Warranty. For customers in the U.S.: this warranty gives you specific legal rights; you also may have other rights, which vary from state to state. For customers in the European Union: the purchaser may have additional legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods, and those rights (if applicable) are not affected by this warranty. This Limited Warranty applies to all products manufactured and/or sold by Supplier, including products sold under different trade names.

Limited Warranty coverage is provided only to the original purchaser of the product. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage.

Limited warranty changes per product, please see warranty section in the instructions that came with your purchased sprayer.

Under CERTAIN APPLICABLE LAWS, there may be no conditions, guarantees or implied warranties from Supplier applicable to the product, and all conditions, guarantees and implied warranties (INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) are disclaimed TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, IF APPLICABLE, ANY AND ALL APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND GUARANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. For customers in the U.S.: some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

The sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising under this Limited Warranty is the repair or replacement of the defective product or component by Supplier, as determined in its sole discretion. The repair or replacement of defective products or components will be without charge, except for any applicable return shipping charges. This “repair or replacement” remedy is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. Supplier has no responsibility or liability for any consequential or incidental damages, which are specifically excluded and disclaimed from this warranty. For customers in the U.S.: some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

TO MAKE A LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM:
